Mid Season: Apr-Jun, Sept-Oct, Xmas/NewYears ..1200 €/week .. 240-300 €/nt (3 nt min)

High Seaon: July-Aug .........................................1500 €/week ...................................

• The lower nightly rate applies to mid-week (Sun-Thu); the higher nightly rate applies to weekends (Fri-Sat).
• Rates are fully inclusive of cleaning, utilities, linens and towels. There are no hidden extra fees.
• A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. The balance of rental fees, plus a refundable security deposit of 500€, is payable no later than 60 days before your arrival date.
• Payment accepted via credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer, or cheque.
• Most of the year, check-in and check-out dates are flexible, with only a 3 night minimum stay. However, in July and August, the minimum stay is 1 week with Saturday changeovers.
